How do I create a card in a budget?

Any admin or budget owner of that budget can add a virtual card.

To create a card to a budget, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Aspire account
  2. Click on Budgets under the Spend section on the left-hand side 
  3. Click on the budget you'd want to add the card to
  4. Click on Issue a card
  5. Click on the user you would like this card to be for
  6. Fill out the card particulars and information 
  7. Click on confirm and then Issue Card
  8. The card will automatically appear in the card section
  9. An email will be automatically sent to the user that a new card has been assigned to them
