How do I close my Aspire account?

 

Admin users can request an account closure in-app:

  • Aspire Website
    • Empty the Aspire account balance
    • Click on the "Settings" button located on the upper right side of the page
    • Select "Security", then click "Close account."
    • Choose the reason for your account closure, then click the "Request account closure" button.
  • Aspire Mobile App
    • Empty the Aspire account balance
    • Click on the "Menu" button located on the lower side of the screen
    • Scroll down to the Settings section, click "Security", then select "Close account".
    • Choose the reason for your account closure, then click the "Request account closure" button.
