You can approve a Bills transfer by following these simple steps:
1. Submit a new payment request
To submit a payment request, simply email your invoices to firstname.lastname@example.org. Accepted formats are jpeg, pdf, or png.
Alternatively, upload invoices directly on the Bills page. Key in invoice details like amount, recipient, due date and initiate the Bills workflow. If the transfer requires further approval, the invoice will be in the “Pending Payment” state. Authorized users (Admins and Finance users with transfer permissions) can approve the payment.
2. Review the transfer
Users who can approve the invoice payment will receive a notification once the invoice has been submitted. Bills transfers can be viewed in the “Bills section” under Spend
Management. All transfers pending approval are in the “Pending Payment” state. Approvers can view and edit the transfers if necessary.
Invoices sent before 3 PM Singapore time on a business day will be processed on that same day. Other invoices sent after 3 PM, or sent on a day that is not a business day, will be processed on the next business day.
3. Approve the transfer
Hit Approve to approve the transfer.
4. Notify the supplier
If the recipient's email is specified in the invoice, we will automatically send a notification to that email. If you would like to send a notification to another email or mobile number, please specify that in your instructions.
