How to update my personal bank account details for receiving Claims?

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Login to your Aspire account, then click on Menu
  2. Under Settings, click on "Personal details"
  3. Click the "Update" button right next to "Bank Account Details"
  4. Place your login password, then enter the email OTP
  5. Answer the security questions (ID type used during registration, ID number, and your date of birth), then hit "Confirm"
  6. Update your bank account details
  7. Once done, hit "Continue", and that's it!
