How to set up a low balance reminder on SGD account?

Setting up a low-balance reminder can help keep track of your SGD account balance.

Admin users can set this in-app by following the steps below:

Aspire Desktop Version 

1. Click "Settings" button on the upper right side of the page

2. Select "Notifications"  

3. Look for the "Low balance reminder" under "Transfers" section. Tick the button to turn on its notification.

4. Click "Change" to adjust the minimum balance, then hit "Save preferences".

Aspire Mobile App

1. Click the Menu button on the lower part of the screen
2. Scroll down to "Settings" section, then select "Notifications"  
3. Look for the "Low balance reminder" under "Transfers" section. Tick the button to turn on its notification.
4. Click "Change" to adjust the minimum balance, then click "Save preferences".

Once successfully updated, Admin users will be notified when the account balance falls below the minimum balance.
