How to manage notification preferences

You can customise the notifications you want to receive in-app regarding transfers, card payments, team activity, feature updates and offers.

To change your preferred notifications via desktop:
    1. Click the "Settings" Icon on the upper right of the page 
    2. Select "Notifications"
    3. Turn on/off the notification by clicking on the push button or change delivery options to edit your preferences from the multiple categories
To change your preferred notifications via Mobile App:
    1. Click on the "Menu" button located on the lower side of the screen 
    2. Scroll down to the Settings section, then click "Notifications
    3. Turn on/off the notification by clicking on the push button or change delivery options to edit your preferences from the multiple categories

Notification Preference Categories

Admin, Finance, or Employee roles can customize the notification preferences (SMS, Email, Push) based on different categories that are specific to the user type:

Transfer Outbound transfers When money gets deducted from your account
Inbound transfers When money gets added into your account
Transfer approval*
When your team member sets up a transfer for your approval
Low balance reminder
Reminder when your balance is below a certain nominal
Card Card transaction When you successfully performed card transactions
Card cashback When cashback is credited into your account

Budget

(Only Admin or Budget Owners can see this)

Budget activity When your team makes transactions on your budgets
Multi-user access
(Only Admin can see this)  
Team activity
When anyone in your team performs important actions
Invoicing
 
Invoice auto-matched When an invoice is automatically matched with a payment
Tips and offers
 
Tips
Get tips on getting the most out of Aspire products
Feature updates and offers
Stay up-to date with the latest features & offers

*Transfer approval: we highly recommend that at least one admin receives this notification to stay updated on your team's transfer requests. 

Mandatory Notifications

We will send you mandatory notifications out of your notification preference settings. Here are the notifications you will continue to receive from Aspire: 

  • One Time Passwords (OTPs)
  • Transaction failure notification from transfers or card payments 
  • Security and compliance-related topics 
  • Notification if you have signed in from a new or unrecognised device 
  • Email notification on Advance Card Billing Statement (if Advance Limit is activated)
