Can Finance Submit Users submit local and FX transfers from SGD account?

Finance Submit users can submit local and FX transfers from the SGD account. Submitted transfers will only be executed once an Admin or other approvers approve the transfer.

We have placed the steps below on how Finance Submit users can do this in-app:

  • Via Desktop 
    1. From the home page, click "SGD Account" under the My accounts section
    2. Click "Submit a transfer", then choose the currency you want to send out
    3. Create a new recipient or select a saved recipient details
    4. Place the transfer details, then click "Next"
    5. For FX transfers, choose the amount to fix in case the exchange rate (mid-market rate) changes before approval, then hit "Submit transfer"
  • Via Mobile App
    1. On the upper part of the screen, click "SGD Account"
    2. Click "Submit a transfer", then choose the currency you want to send out
    3. Create a new recipient or select a saved recipient details
    4. Place the transfer details, then click "Next"
    5. For FX transfers, choose the amount to fix in case the exchange rate (mid-market rate) changes before approval, then hit "Submit transfer"
